The only difference between plans is the number of arrived sessions per month. Start supports up to 30 arrived sessions per month — suited for therapists who are part-time or building their caseload. Grow offers unlimited arrived sessions — suited for full-time clinicians and anyone who'd rather not think about limits. Group is built for group practices and clinics, with multi-practitioner management, team scheduling, role-based permissions, and centralized reporting. Additional practitioners are $30/month each (introductory rate, locked in at signup). All prices are in CAD. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, at any time. If your caseload grows and you need to move from Start to Grow, that's straightforward. If you're building a group practice and want to move to the Group plan, we're happy to help make that transition smooth. Reach out and we'll take care of it.

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

Yes — annual billing saves you 15% across all plans. The introductory rates currently available are already reduced from standard pricing, and choosing annual billing reduces them further. Those rates are locked in for as long as you stay on the plan.

Is Kindred Practice PHIPA and HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Kindred Practice is built to support PHIPA requirements in Canada and HIPAA requirements in the United States. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, strong access controls, and privacy-first AI design. Your clients trust you with their most vulnerable moments. We take that seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a foundational commitment to how we build.

How does your platform ensure the privacy and security of client data?

A few things we think are worth knowing: Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls are designed for therapy-grade privacy requirements. Our AI is built with a privacy-first architecture — Paige works with your data to support your practice, not to train models or share information outside your account. You remain in control of when and how AI is used. You can review and edit everything Paige produces before it's saved or shared. You can adjust or turn off AI features based on your preferences and your clients' consent. Over time, Paige learns from how you work — the edits you make, the patterns you engage with, the moments you want her present and the moments you want her quiet. She adapts without announcing it. The experience becomes more attuned to you the longer you use it.

Yes. The Group plan is built specifically for practices with multiple clinicians — whether that's two therapists sharing a space or a larger clinic with a full team. It includes multi-practitioner management, team scheduling and coordination, role-based access and permissions, centralized reporting, multi-provider billing, and payroll reporting. Every clinician on a Group plan has their own full Kindred Practice experience — including their own Paige, attuned to how they work individually. The group infrastructure sits around that, not over it.
